Flexible Rubber Magnets are made from ferrite powder and organic plastics, it not only has good magnetic properties, but also has good flexible performance, can be bent, coiled, punched, almost can be made into any shapes without losing the magnetic characteristics. What's more, no surface treatment is required as it is highly resistant to corrosion. For the purpose of decoration, a variety of pictures can be printed on it.

Its surface may implement UV oil coating, spray lacquer, printing, lamination, double-faced adhesive tape, PVC 
processing and etc.

Flexible Magnetic Strips

Flexible Magnetic Strips and Custom Profile are thermoplastic permanent magnetic Extrusions. High Energy Flexible Magnets strip are composed of a strontium ferrite powder mixture with polymer bonding. It can provide superior holding power and widely used in stationery, household appliance, water-tight appliance.(Applications Motors, Sensors, Latches, Magnetic Assemblies, Electronics, Appliances, Holding, Actuators, Seals for refrigerator gasket) According to its magnetic property, it is divided into anisotropic and isotropic; according to its magnetization way, it is divided into surface magnetization and penetration magnetization (longitudinal, transverse and bilateral).

Flexible magnetic strip is available in thickness from 0.030�/st1:chmetcnv> (0.762mm)to 0.120�/st1:chmetcnv>(3.05mm) and widths of 1/2�/st1:chmetcnv>(12.7mm) to 3�/st1:chmetcnv>.(76.2mm) The strip magnetized in a multipole arrangement for a strong pull on only one side, or in a conventional through-the-thickness arrangement that provides an equally strong pull on both sides. Our magnetic strip is shipped in coils, and can be cut or scored to meet individual requirements. The strip is available either plain or with pressure sensitive adhesive.

Flexible Magnetic Roll

Usually, plastic and rubber magnetic roll are made by strontium or barium ferrite powder mixed with polymers, and more recently, in rare earth Flexible material, Neodymium Iron Boron, all loaded into PVC binders, which has a particular steady magnetic power and a smooth surface, which is a uniquely desirable combination of properties for many product designer with a lower cost, especially in flexibility and machinability, no other magnetic materials has this characteristic comparable to it. As to the size of rubber magnetic roll, customer’s length available on quantity orders. Splice-free rolls on request.

Available thickness of plastic and rubber magnetic roll (plain): 0.4mm-5.0mm, max width: 620mm, unlimited length. Tolerance: Cut length 0.2m, width l mm, Thickness 0.05-0.07mm. Higher tolerance is available upon request.

Features

• Flexible magnetic roll is enough soft to be easily bent, twisted, coiled, punched, and otherwise machined into almost any shape without loss of magnetic energy, so you can also print art words on you request and die cut by yourself. Strontium, Barium and Neodymium magnetic rolls are usually purchased for further machining purpose.
• UV coating is available for exceptional outdoor weather ability and anti-stick when stacked on. PVC (white PVC, matte white-PVC, and gloss white-PVC and color PVC, such as red, yellow, black, brown, etc) and Pressure Sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing is available, please note custom laminations available, customer-supplied laminates can be applied subject to testing.

According to its magnetization method, it is divided into penetration magnetization and surface magnetization. Magnetizing: standard multi-pole pitch: 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm. Various coating on the magnetic sheets are available, such as PVE UV oil, etc. With back adhesive remain continuous for the convenient use.
